When Kristen represents an unclothed body, it is for the purpose of engaging our perceptions with an essential human condition, one revealed bare as a pure soul incarnate within a physical form. Her nudes are revealed with an immediacy of humanity rather than aiming for a moral or socially constructed discourse. Reclaiming the essence of our being comfortably unclothed, denouncing the murmurs of objectifying gaze. Nudity at this juncture is signposted, symbolically transporting us out of costume, away from culture, limitations of time, social constraints, and judgments, draw us closer towards our essential being.
